1. Service

ShopGuard runs daily synthetic checkout-path checks on the store URL you provide: homepage → product → cart → checkout start. The check stops before any payment step. We never place a real order and never charge a card on your store.

2. Founding Pilot — $99

• First 30 days: $99 (founding pilot). Thereafter $99/month, monthly, cancel anytime.
• Scope: one store, one daily scan, email alert on verified failure.
• Alerts are sent only after a second verification run confirms a failure.

3. What we guarantee — and what we don't

• We do our best to detect checkout-path breakage; we do not guarantee detection of all failures.
• This is not a security audit, not a PCI assessment, not a full monitoring/uptime service.
• External blocks (bot walls, geo-blocks) are handled as a controlled exception, not a checkout defect.
• You may not use the service to attack, load-test, or harass any store.

4. Refunds

If a verified checkout failure was missed and you cancel within 30 days of that occurrence, we'll refund the most recent month. See Refund & Cancellation.

5. Your obligations

• You confirm the store URL is yours or you're authorized to monitor it.
• You'll maintain a valid payment method.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Termination

Cancel anytime; monitoring stops at end of the paid period. We may terminate for abuse or breach with notice.
