Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard link in any email, or by replying to any ShopGuard email. Cancellation stops monitoring at the end of the current paid period. No renewal charge.
Refunds
- If our service missed a verified checkout failure that we should have detected, and you cancel within 30 days of that failure: refund of the most recent month.
- No refunds for the founding-pilot first month once monitoring has started, except as above.
